Be guided into experiencing God’s presence

Sacred space for your soul

“Spiritual direction offers a quieting and coming face-to-face with God.”

-Janet Hagberg, author of The Critical Journey

“God is already present to and at work in every person.”

-Gordon T. Smith, author of Spiritual Direction

“God has all of eternity to transform you into the image of his Son; the question is where is God at work and what is the priority of the Spirit in your life right now?”

-Father Tom Green, Jesuit Priest

What happens in a session with Nicole?

In short, I help you focus on meeting with God, and you receive God’s love, direction, healing, and growth.

I will guide you through a Spirit-led experience where the focus is on creating space for you to be present with your deeper self and to connect with our self-revealing God.

  • I will bring centering spiritual practices and possibly scripture meditation to help you settle in.

  • I’ll offer patient listening in a quiet, low-distraction environment.

  • You will determine what feels most important to share.

  • As you process, I’ll listen for God’s voice along with you and offer spiritually sensitive questions and observations that might help you focus more deeply on your desires and on what God is revealing and saying to you.

  • Together we’ll hold this sacred space, with words and in silence.

I’m always amazed at how gently and powerfully God leads us in spiritual direction sessions.

My Services

Spiritual Direction

Online or in-person, one-hour one-on-one sessions are designed to offer an ongoing set-aside listening space for you to process your spiritual journey and experience God’s love and direction in your life. Typically, sessions are monthly but can happen more frequently if desired.

Retreats

Online or in-person; group or individual; 2-hour; half, full or 2-day retreats are designed to offer a special set-aside time for you to rest, reflect, and prepare for or recover from a season. Themes might include: Word of the Year, Lent, Advent, Lament, Sabbath, Rest & Recovery.

Listening Workshops

In-person listening half-day or full-day workshops are designed to provide your team, church staff, or group facilitators with guidelines for and practice with spiritual listening. This is a deeper kind of listening that helps the speaker more deeply connect with God and themselves.
